How can i loose weight with out a lot of exercise but gain muscle? - exercise gloves
I want to be able to lose weight, but muslce get together. I have no budget to go and buy all sorts of crazy things or sports equipment, but I have a bike, but a sort of a paste (ball attached to a belt and) a network and thus the weight and boxing gloves. The now not be able to put many hours a day, maybe 1.2 tops. wut should I do? prepare in tryin to get ready for baseball and for the fight

You should cut healthy carbs, drink plenty of water and eat lots of lean protein food (chicken, lean meat trukey) and excersize. I might suggest the diet for two weeks running and doing light weight training and cycling, and the field a bit and make baseball UR Thang. Then choose for two weeks or heavier weights and work more and harder.
